“My daughter attended from August 2023 to January 2025; she loved every bit of it from the staff to the activities. Staff are very understanding and attentive, making sure that the children are safe and feel secure and supported. The Management team work hard at making sure everything runs smoothly throughout the day. My daughter still talks about Miss Relle and Miss Kayla (two of the educators) to this day asking if we can go visit them. Also, one of the newest educators, Mr Bowie (centre dog) is very cute, cuddly and is always there to greet the children and their families upon drop off and pickups as well as throughout the day visits.”

“We have been to a fair few stay and plays here, and I wouldn’t be able to recommend this childcare enough. The staff are all so amazing I’ve never seen my kids warm up to educators as much as they have here to everyone including admin & educators that aren’t in my kids’ rooms. Every single one of them have made me and my children feel comfortable myself and my partner can’t wait for the boys to start childcare and kind here.”

“Each educator my daughter comes into contact with knows her by name even if they’re not in her room, she is confident because of the support and kindness her Room leaders and team have shown her. “Even though my children have now finished moving through Bask Early Learning Springwood, every single week they mention their love of the Educators they have left behind on their journey to school. “We’ve been really happy with Bask! My toddler likes his space and playing alone and I think the educators do a great job at finding ways to include him while respecting his space and not making him feel pressured. It seems like every educator knows my son by name, even ones who haven’t been assigned to his rooms. Sometimes if he doesn’t see me arrive I’ll watch him for a minute to see how he’s doing and he’s always so happy! I’ve been in a lot of childcare centres through my work so I can be a bit picky and I expected to do a lot of tours before settling on a centre but I loved Bask from the start and I’m definitely happy with my choice.”
