We believe educators deserve the same care they give children.
That means above-award conditions, real professional development, leadership that knows your name and rooms designed to be calm for adults as well as children.
If you have ever wanted to do this work properly, without burning out, this is your kind of place.
Every educator at Bask gets a development plan. Where you want to go. What you want to learn. Who can mentor you. When we will check in. We row in the same direction because we agreed on the direction together.
That plan is not written on your first day and filed away. It moves with you. When you grow, it grows. When your interests shift, we shift with them. If you came in wanting to work with toddlers and two years later you are drawn to curriculum leadership, we want to know that, and we want to help you get there.
Our Educational Leaders choose to mentor because they remember what it felt like to be early in their career and not always sure of themselves. That is the kind of mentoring worth having.
Our leadership sits beside educators, not above them. We plan together, debrief together, and back each other in front of families. When something is hard, we say so. When something is working, we name it. There are no mystery standards here. You will always know where you stand and what comes next.
If you have ever worked somewhere that talked about growth and delivered nothing, we understand the skepticism. Come and talk to the people already here. Ask them what their first year looked like, and what their third year looked like. The difference is the point.
“Watching our team grow and our centre thrive has been the most enjoyable experience I have had in employment to date. I cannot wait to watch the company grow and thrive with the new centres and their teams. Thank you, Jon, Adam, and everyone at Bask, for everything you do behind the scenes. It’s truly appreciated.”
